- go through 는 어떤 절차를 거치거나 유, 무형의 자료를 살펴볼 때 사용합니다.  (~을 살펴보다, 훑어보다)

ex) I'm going through my email to find his address. 난 그의 주소를 찾으려고 이메일을 뒤지고 있다

ex) She's going through a lot right now. 힘든 상황 겪고 있어~

힘든 시기를 겪고 있어

주로 부정적인 쪽으로 활용하는 듯

근데 이렇게 활용할 수도 있다

번거롭게 이러지 않으셨도 됐는데~^.^!(감사)

(= uh, you shouldn't have)

A: Aw, you didn't have to go through all this trouble.

B: No trouble. I mean, I made it from scratch*, so a little trouble,

* from scratch 맨 처음부터, 사전준비나 지식

=> 구체적인 소문 내용은 that 이하의 동격으로

- there's a lot of anxiety going around.

지금 상황에 어울리네영...흑

3. go out

외출하다/나가다

(뭔가 재밌고 즐거운 일 하기 위해!)

- let's go out for drink.

​

위로/동정할 때

My heart goes out to him.

정말 안됐네요

​

- My heart goes out to you and your family.

좀 심각한 상황에서 쓰여서 애도할 때도 많이 활용됨!

4. go over one's head

​

1) (상대를 건너뛰고) ~보다 더 높은 사람에게 말하다

​

- You went over my head to Wallance!

너 날 건너뛰고 ~에게 말했잖아!

​

2) 뭔가 복잡하거나 어려워서 이해하지 못하다

(이걸 더 외워두자)

- what he said in the meeting went over my head.
